- Samples and product evaluation. When applicable, sample availability, preparation, dispatch and any related cost are agreed before samples are supplied.
- Scope and commercial terms. The written proposal defines the available product and packaging scope, order requirements, artwork responsibilities, price, timing and logistics for the project.
- Final approval. Production begins only after product details, packaging artwork and commercial terms have been approved in writing.
